Everything was great clean friendly staff location was good just a little chaotic exiting the hotel and trying do U turn back to town since one way road
Buen lugar, buena relación calidad precio, buen mantenimiento y limpieza, gimnasio funcional, la alberca no la usé pero tiene buen aspecto, los alimentos son buenos y variados, un lugar que puedes repetir. Solamente un poco pequeña la habitación pero vale la pena.
Great hotel, but it is limited to restaurants around the hotel, Hotel offers a dinner buffet, but a small selection. Recommended Jimmy Steakhouse, which is the closest to hotel and food, is great
Tuve dos situaciones en las 10 ocasiones que e ido. La primera, no conté con toalla para dos personas como se había reservado, nada que no se pudo solucionar con la atención por llamada a recepción o bajar a recepción. La segunda, fue que no salió agua caliente a las 6 am que me levanté a bañar, lo cual a la fecha ya no ha pasado y solo pudo ser un problema de la habitación. Por otro lado, me parece un lugar cómodo, tranquilo y con lo que requieres para cada tipo de reservación a la que vayas. El personal es muy atento y respetuoso. Agrego foto y video de la vista de una de las habitaciones por la mañana.
En general el hotel ofrece buen servicio y comodidad, el personal es atento y atiende de inmediato los requerimientos. Cuenta con un pequeño gimnasio que tiene aparatos para hacer cardio y un juego de pesas, la alberca es climatizada y la sala de juntas es amena. Solo hubo dos detalles, el primero fue que las sábanas se encontraban sucias, pero se atiendo rápidamente. Y el segundo es sobre el uso desmedido de desechables para el servicio de buffet. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo bien. No hay muchos lugares alrededor para visitar y me parece muy recomendable si cuentas con vehículo para movilizarte.
